2. Do your employees have full time contracts that are NOT zero hours?
3. Do you pay through a proper PAYE tax system? (not cash in hand)
4. Do you pay hourly rate, meaning your employee gets paid for what they work rather a than a fixed rate that could fall under the minimum wage?
